Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Oly subscriptions purchased through an Oly web checkout operated by GreenPixel Ltd. It does not replace the refund rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play for subscriptions purchased through those stores.

Refund basics

• Oly web offers begin with a paid 7-day introductory period at the price shown at checkout: $1.00, $3.00, or $8.11 USD.
• Unless required by applicable law, paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable.
• We may review refund requests submitted within 14 days of the relevant transaction on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic and may depend on the transaction, the reason for the request, usage, and any applicable legal requirements.
• Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights or any additional rights provided by the payment provider.

How to request a refund

Contact us as soon as possible at contact@pixel.green with:

1. The email address used for the Oly purchase.
2. The date and amount of the charge.
3. A copy of the receipt or the transaction reference, if available.
4. A short explanation of the request.

We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and protect the account holder. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email.

Web and app store purchases

Oly web checkout

For a purchase made on the Oly website, use the contact details above and include your receipt. The receipt identifies the payment provider that processed the transaction. If the transaction was processed by Paddle, Paddle may also apply its buyer terms and statutory refund rules.

Apple App Store or Google Play

For a subscription purchased through Apple or Google, the relevant store controls the payment and refund process. Submit the request through the store account used for the purchase.

Cancellation and access

You can cancel an Oly web subscription using the subscription-management link in your purchase or confirmation email, or by contacting us. Unless a refund or immediate termination is confirmed, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents the next renewal.

If a refund is approved, access associated with the refunded transaction may be ended or adjusted. We will confirm the outcome of the request by email.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and the customer's bank or card issuer. A refund may appear as a separate credit rather than as an edited original charge.
